30 Days of Detox

September 1 to 30

Give your body, mind, and spirit a seasonal reset with 30 Days of Detox — a month-long guided practice that’s accessible, energizing, and designed to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more vital. Each morning at 6:00 AM ET, you’ll join a supportive online community for just 11 minutes of Aerobic Har Kriya, a powerful practice that stimulates lymphatic circulation, boosts oxygen flow, supports digestion, and elevates mental alertness.

This is not a pre-recorded course — it’s a live practice series where the group energy helps you stay consistent and motivated. If you miss a session, you’ll have access to one bonus replay along with your Detox Companion Guide. The guide includes daily reflection prompts and a simple way to track your participation, keeping you engaged and accountable throughout the 30 days.

Benefits You Can Expect

  • Improved circulation and lymphatic flow for a natural detox effect

  • Increased vitality and energy levels

  • Reduced stress and greater resilience

  • A stronger sense of discipline and consistency through daily practice

  • The motivation that comes from practicing together in real time

How to Participate

  • Join live via our Virtual Courtyard Zoom space each morning at 6:00 AM ET (or tune in from your own time zone — it works at any time of day).

  • Practice 11 minutes of Aerobic Har Kriya — standing or seated, so it’s accessible for all levels.

  • Use your Detox Companion Guide to track your progress and dive into reflection prompts.

FAQs

Do I need to attend every day?
No. Your challenge is simply to show up as often as you can. More practice equals more benefit, but even a few days each week will make a difference.

What if I join late?
You can join anytime during September. Your pass is valid for the entire month, so you’ll get access to all remaining live sessions, the WhatsApp group, and your Detox Companion.

Is this practice beginner-friendly?
Yes! Aerobic Har is accessible to all — you can do it standing or seated. It’s energizing without being overwhelming, making it great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

What if I miss a day?
We provide one bonus replay inside your Detox Companion so you can still keep momentum if you miss a session.
